CPE has more than 40 years experience the in design and manufacture of vacuum drum filter. There are five (5) types of discharge options including roller discharging, scraper discharging, belt discharging, pre-coating discharging and line-type discharging. Fabrication size varies from 1m² to 120m². The Filters have high output, thorough cake washing with a low water rate, safe reliable running and are easy to maintain. The Filters have been used world wide in non-ferrous metal industries, steel and electric power industries. Furthermore, we provide custom design and manufacturing to meet client's specific processing requirements.

filter features：

Drum filter frame is made of medium thickness structure steel plate and the drum shell, drum side and relevant parts are designed using stiffeners to ensure equipment strength under the full running load. The design is suitable for mineral processing.
High precision fabrication quality control ensures the drum surface and discharge roller's concentricity is controlled within+/-1.5mm so as to achieve low cake residual and highest output – even on a large red mud filter of 9.2m diam x 4.7m long.
High efficiency vacuum system design, incorporating dedicated straight through pipe-work for every vacuum point.
Replaceable wear plate and auto rotating control valve to adjust filtration and washing periods.
Use of SEW motor and gearbox with a service factor of ≥ 1.5 to ensure high reliability in continuous operation.
Main drive and agiattion drive take VFC to protect overloading.
Various discharge methods : scraper, roller, belt line type and pre-coating discharge .
